With the leaves changing and the dreary days of winter approaching, let us help you with cheerful plants to last through the fall, winter, and spring. These plants will provide color and interest in your garden or happy greetings for friends and family around the front porch.
Chrysanthemum (13)
Chrysanthemums or Mums for short, are an excellent source of seasonal color. Mums will bloom once in the fall and spring for 6-8 weeks during each season. We recommend cutting these plants back after each bloom cycle for a compact plant.
Fall Herbs (24)
Herbs are an excellent accent to fall and winter plantings. Our perennial herbs are a great match with pansies because they love the sun, require little maintenance, and add texture to containers or gardens.
Fall Vegetables (21)
Fall vegetables, also referred to as a “cold crop”, Plant in September for harvest through December…plant again in February for harvest through May. This is an excellent organic food source for the whole family to enjoy.

Grasses will add height, texture, and interest in your landscaping. They make a great center pieces for containers and are maintenance free plants that only require a spring pruning.
Ornamentals (10)
Ornamental plants are grown for their colorful and unique foliage. Colder temperatures bring out hot pinks, bright whites, and rich purples. These prefer to be deep in the soil for strong root development and beautiful foliage.

Pansy’s are a colorful, happy plant that will live from early fall until spring. They are all unique with small details that interest even an amateur gardener. We carry over 70 varieties with small to large blooms and every color in the rainbow. Please remember that Pansies are heavy feeders that require a long lasting balanced fertilizer for them to reach their full potential.
Perennials (34)
Perennials are happiest when planted in the fall and gives them a head start in developing for next year. They will accent your garden with blooms, colorful foliage, and excellent additions to your pansy plantings.
